MonkeyFuzz

Sends random events to an application -- until the user presses Ctrl+F2

Synopsis

monkeyFuzz [-id NUMBER] [-name STRING] [-log FILENAME]

Example

monkeyFuzz -name notepad

Command Line Arguments

  • default is to wait until a window is selected
  • -id Specify the handle of the window or process id of the application to test
  • -name Specify the title of the window or application name to test. (Note: remove the ".exe" from program names)
  • -log To specify the file to log all the messages sent
  • /? To display a summary of the command line options
  • -h To display a summary of the command line options
  • -help To display a summary of the command line options
  • --help To display a summary of the command line options

Description

If the default mode of waiting until a window is selected, switch to the application you wish test, then press Ctrl+F2. (Otherwise MonkeyFuzz automatically find application window)

The program will send random events until you press Ctrl+F2
